Brings the rebuilt concept to main: - The old SOLL is archived under tag soll-v1-archiv and replaced by the Heyer-Konzept with ten fixed chapters aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and the shared structure of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, each with an ID prefix and an overview page. Pages follow a fixed layout enforced by the build: a summary first, then only requirements. - Tenants hold a full copy of the concept; a deviation is the edited requirement text plus an entry in the page frontmatter. Sync and creation via lib/kopie.ts, the mandant CLI and the editor. - Reports, catalog and coverage pages restructured for readability, with a guide that explains the whole concept. - A local web editor for the SOLL and tenants that writes the same files and commits content only. |
