fix(ci): build with Hugo instead of npm 
The deploy workflow was copied from a Node/Blume project and ran npm ci,
which fails because this repo has no package.json. Install Hugo extended
0.131.0, build with hugo --minify --gc, upload public/ instead of dist/
and trigger on main instead of master.

🛠️ Lokale Entwicklung

1. Entwicklungsserver starten

hugo server -D

Die Seite ist anschließend unter http://localhost:1313/ erreichbar (inklusive Live-Reload bei Änderungen).

2. Produktions-Build erstellen

hugo --minify --gc

Die fertigen, statischen HTML/CSS/JS-Dateien werden im Verzeichnis public/ generiert.

✍️ Inhalte anpassen

Neues Projekt hinzufügen

Erstelle einfach eine neue Markdown-Datei im Ordner content/projekte/:
